Requirement for Manticore and Apocalypse guild run.

Hi all,
The requirements:
Warriors/Acrobat/Dps Paladin - Hp >30k.(ideal 40k) Attack/magic power>2k min.
Paladin tank - Hp> 40k. (ideal 60k)
EL/FU/Priest - Hp >20k (ideal 30k). Elemental dmg >20% / magic power >2k min.
BM: Hp >20k (ideal 30k). Attack power > 2k with at least 8k critical rate min.
Magic BM- not needed.

The reasons we are setting guild requirement for manticore and apocalypse nest run:
1) If you under gears and die too often, you are liability to your team mates. Worst when you get all the good loots. So it's unfair to the rest when you not contributing in run.
2) Save time. Better gears = faster clearing time.
3)When you are alive in run, you can continue to buff team mates compare to when you are dead.

Advantage of  running with guild
1)Run is coordinately with experience party leader mean more chance to clear nest.
2)Flexible loot distribution - we give loot to people who need more(hydra team) compare to pick up group where they roll for everything. (Yes i never roll for magician plate when i physical class- someone ask me before if i can resist the gold.)

Ultimately you need the experience and skill. If we found you unskilled eventually we will leave you out of guild run. Nothing personal, just business.
